Our Mission
The purpose of the mission fellowship is to bring together mission-minded Seventh-day Adventist practitioners, academics, and administrators for fellowship, dialogue, academic scholarship, and mentoring.
+ by hosting annual meetings;
+ by creating opportunities for fellowship which build mutual understanding and respect;
+ by providing opportunities for networking.
+ to encourage Adventist profesisonals to engage in cross-cultural mission;
+ to foster and support mission training in SDA educational institutions;
+ to develop mission internship opportunities in cross-cultural settings under trained and experienced mentors;
+ to renew an Adventist commitment to mission.
+ to facilitate an open exchange of ideas and encourage serious discussions of mission issues;
+ to work in a constructive way with Adventist organizations to identify and deal with cross-cultural mission challenges.
+ to provide a forum for scholarly discussion of mission issues;
+ to read, discuss, and publish research papers and case studies on relevant mission topics.
